When Cssbuy receive the returned parcel.

If your parcel is returned due to Chinese custom reason, we will contact you and confrim your address and send it out again for free.

If your parcel is returned due to "wrong addreess" or "noboday receive", We will chagre the shipping fee again if we send out again.

If any other problem, we will contact you on time.
