Labor Day is getting nearer, so we would  like to let you know how we will work  during this time:

From May 1 to May 7, warehouse and customer service workers (notes, live chat) will rotate days off, and only half of the workers will continue working

On May 4th, the whole team will not be working.

Upon the notice from logistics providers, the transit time of various logistics routes will be extended for 3-5 days, and the feedback regarding parcel query and after-sales will be delayed during May Day

Please note that during this time, order and parcel processing will be delayed.
